Youtube Channel Manager
Concertina is seeking a seasoned YouTube Channel Manager with 10+ years of experience to build and execute a high-impact podcast and video content strategy. This role will focus on generating leads and driving engagement across four key verticals: Sports, Business Succession, Impact/Philanthropy, and Hedge Fund/M&A.
You’ll lead the full content lifecycle—from strategy and guest booking to episode production and multi-platform content distribution. This role begins with a strategic planning phase alongside our founders and transitions into full execution with dedicated support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design a 360° YouTube and podcast strategy aligned with lead generation goals.
- Plan and launch dedicated content streams for:
- Sports
- Business Succession
- Impact/Philanthropy
- Hedge Fund / M&A
- Manage end-to-end production including recording, editing, and quality control.
- Splinter long-form content into short-form assets for maximum reach.
- Post and promote content on YouTube and cross-channel platforms.
- Track performance metrics and continuously optimize for engagement and conversion.
- 10+ years in YouTube channel or podcast content strategy and management.
- Proven experience developing content in niche B2B and high-net-worth markets.
- Track record of successful lead-gen through thought leadership and video content.
- Strong skills in video production, editing, scripting, and guest booking.
- Comfortable managing content across multiple verticals and industries.
- Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable editorial calendars.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and high-profile guests.
- Updated portfolio or reel of YouTube/podcast work.
- Availability to collaborate on strategy in the first month.
- Reliable remote setup for communication, editing, and uploads.
- Tools proficiency: video editing software, YouTube analytics, project management tools.
- Updated Resume/CV.
