Video Editor and Podcast Producer

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor & Podcast Producer to lead the production of high-quality video and podcast content that supports branding, marketing, and customer education initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling abilities, technical expertise in editing software, and experience in podcast production, ensuring seamless execution from recording to post-production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce engaging video content for marketing, training, and social media campaigns
• Manage podcast production from recording, editing, and sound design to publishing and distribution
• Work with the marketing team to develop video and podcast strategies aligned with business goals
• Enhance visual storytelling through motion graphics, transitions, and effects
• Optimize content for YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
• Ensure high-quality audio mixing and noise reduction for professional podcast production
• Conduct color correction, sound design, and post-production enhancements
• Manage media assets, organize footage, and maintain an efficient workflow
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, editing techniques, and content best practices

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in video editing and podcast production
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Audition
• Strong understanding of audio editing, mixing, and mastering for podcasts
• Experience with motion graphics, color grading, and sound design
• Ability to tell compelling stories through video and audio content
• Familiarity with YouTube, podcast hosting platforms, and content SEO strategies
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in B2B marketing or industries related to healthcare or waste management is a plus
