System Administration

We are seeking a Salesforce Systems Administrator to own the day-to-day health, governance, administration, data integrity, and user experience of our Salesforce environment. This is a platform-ownership role, not a ticket-taking position. You will keep Salesforce reliable and operational today while helping the organization transition toward scalable portfolio and programmatic account management.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of progressively responsible Salesforce administration experience in a multi-function, mid-market or enterprise environment, with Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred. You will demonstrate deep hands-on expertise across users, security, permissions, objects, fields, Flow, reports, dashboards, and change management. This role requires analytical precision, process orientation, and the confidence to own a business-critical platform while enforcing standards and driving continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own operational health and controlled administration of Salesforce as a business-critical platform.
  • Administer users, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, objects, fields, page layouts, record types, queues, reports, and dashboards.
  • Create responsive, predictable user-support experience across Sales, Operations, Finance, and other departments.
  • Own intake, triage, prioritization, and resolution of day-to-day Salesforce incidents and service requests against agreed SLAs.
  • Protect quality and usability of long-term Salesforce data through governance and controls.
  • Establish and maintain standards for required fields, validation, duplicate management, ownership, naming, and data imports.
  • Manage record lifecycle and ensure data integrity across the platform.
  • Make the platform understandable and supportable through comprehensive documentation.
  • Maintain current system maps, configuration records, SOPs, release notes, and support procedures.
  • Document key field and object definitions to reduce key-person dependency.
  • Improve Salesforce in ways that support organizational scale and field productivity.
  • Maintain and prioritize an administrator-level enhancement backlog aligned to business value and user friction.
  • Support the shift toward enterprise programmatic work and portfolio management.
  • Conduct troubleshooting of complex user and configuration issues independently.
  • Manage data imports and ensure clean, accurate data entry.
  • Oversee release and change management with minimal errors.
  • Support Salesforce workflows across Sales, Operations, Finance, project delivery, and field-service functions.
  • Enforce platform standards and challenge inefficient requirements appropriately.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with users, leaders, and technical partners.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressively responsible Salesforce administration experience.
  • Experience in multi-function, mid-market, or enterprise operating environments.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or comparable credentials are valuable.
  • Deep hands-on experience with users, security, permission sets, objects, fields, record types.
  • Expert proficiency with Salesforce Flow, reports, dashboards, data imports, and change management.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Salesforce across more than Sales function (Operations, Finance, project delivery, field-service preferred).
  • Strong troubleshooting and data-governance capability.
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently resolve complex user and configuration issues.
  • Analytical, precise, and methodical approach to work.
  • Ability to own a business-critical platform and enforce standards.
  • Confidence to challenge inefficient requirements without becoming rigid or overly cautious.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-service skills.
  • Proven ownership mentality and drive for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with technical partners and users.
  • Understanding of Salesforce as core infrastructure supporting revenue and operations.

Requirements:

  • Updated Resume/CV.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and personal computer.
  • UPS/battery backup to ensure continuity during power interruptions.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
  • WFH set-up.
  • Opportunities for career advancement.
  • HMO coverage for employee and immediate family members.
