Concertina is seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Supply Chain Analyst on behalf of our client, a leading healthcare navigation and care coordination company in the U.S. This is a remote opportunity ideal for candidates who thrive in data-driven environments and are passionate about improving healthcare service delivery at scale.
The Supply Chain Analyst will support end-to-end procurement and inventory management, ensuring smooth healthcare operations across the organization. This role involves data analysis, forecasting, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with clinical operations, procurement, and logistics. The ideal candidate is systems-savvy, detail-oriented, and motivated to drive efficiency and impact in a mission-driven company.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor supply chain KPIs, vendor lead times, and inventory metrics.
  • Collaborate with procurement on vendor performance, contracts, and SLAs.
  • Conduct analysis to inform purchasing decisions and minimize disruptions.
  • Partner with teams to optimize workflows in demand planning and fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP and sourcing systems.
  • Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights and support initiatives.
  • Identify cost-saving strategies, consolidate vendors, and improve sourcing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in supply chain analytics, procurement, or logistics (healthcare preferred).
  • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Operations, or related field.
  • Proficient in Excel, Tableau/Power BI, and ERP systems like Oracle or SAP.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in healthcare supply chains or clinical inventory systems.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of supplier risk assessment and cost modeling.
