The Supply Chain Analyst will support end-to-end procurement and inventory management, ensuring smooth healthcare operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor supply chain KPIs, vendor lead times, and inventory metrics.
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor performance, contracts, and SLAs.
- Conduct analysis to inform purchasing decisions and minimize disruptions.
- Partner with teams to optimize workflows in demand planning and fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP and sourcing systems.
- Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights and support initiatives.
- Identify cost-saving strategies, consolidate vendors, and improve sourcing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- 5+ years in supply chain analytics, procurement, or logistics (healthcare preferred).
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Operations, or related field.
- Proficient in Excel, Tableau/Power BI, and ERP systems like Oracle or SAP.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in healthcare supply chains or clinical inventory systems.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of supplier risk assessment and cost modeling.
