Sourcing Specialist

Concertina is seeking a driven Sourcing Specialist for our client in the staffing and recruitment industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong candidate relationships, and is eager to contribute to successful hiring outcomes. You’ll be a key player in identifying and engaging top talent, working closely with a Sr. Recruiter to support ongoing recruitment efforts within a designated U.S. territory.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Source and engage candidates through the ATS (Bullhorn) and referral networks.
  • Build trust-based relationships that lead to continuous candidate referrals.
  • Conduct phone screens and transition qualified candidates to the Sr. Recruiter.
  • Maintain a proactive and well-organized candidate pipeline with consistent follow-ups.

Schedule & Availability:
  • Operates on Central Standard Time (CST).
  • Must have availability between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM CST, when candidate engagement is at its peak.

Performance Expectations:
  • Weekly: Transition at least 3 qualified candidates to the recruiter.
  • Annually: Deliver a minimum of 19 placements from sourced or referred leads.

Milestone Goals:
  • First 30 Days: Engage and set up 9 candidates with the recruiter.
  • First 60 Days: Maintain a weekly average of 3 setups and complete your first placement.
  • First 90 Days: Complete at least 2 placements and sustain consistent weekly performance.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate referrals and grow candidate networks.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Bullhorn or similar ATS platforms is a plus.

  • Updated Resume/CV.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
  • Reliable internet connection and personal computer.
  • UPS/battery backup to ensure work continuity during blackouts.
