Concertina is seeking a creative and highly skilled Social Media Content Creator for our client—a forward-thinking organization working across Finance, Legal, Education or Non-Profit sectors. This role is perfect for someone who combines compelling copywriting with graphic design skills and has basic video editing experience. You’ll lead the creation of engaging, brand-aligned content across multiple platforms, helping build authority, drive engagement, and amplify the client’s mission.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies tailored to social media, web, and email marketing.
  • Write clear, impactful, and on-brand copy for various digital channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and email campaigns.
  • Design visually compelling graphics to accompany content, using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Edit short-form videos and reels for social and web distribution.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs while aligning with industry-specific standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Monitor trends and audience engagement to refine content strategies and formats.
  • Analyze content performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in content creation, with a strong emphasis on copywriting.
  • Solid graphic design skills with a portfolio demonstrating social and web content.
  • Basic video editing experience (e.g., cutting reels, adding subtitles, optimizing for platform specs).
  • Proven ability to create content for professional or regulated industries such as Finance, Legal, or Non-Profit.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and understanding of digital content trends.
