Senior Real Estate Analyst

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join its Portfolio Management team. This emerging fund manager, based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, specializes in direct lending and credit opportunities across underserved, primarily Hispanic and minority markets in the US, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.

The ideal candidate will have experience in credit analysis, financial modeling, and commercial underwriting, and will thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze credit information and perform commercial underwriting for investment opportunities.
• Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and forecasting.
• Perform market research and comparable company analysis.
• Assist in due diligence and transaction execution.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal and external use.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Underwriting, Credit Analysis, Financial Analysis, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Consulting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with great prioritization skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with strong initiative and sound judgment.
