The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a Senior Real Estate Analyst to play a critical role in supporting new investments and asset management initiatives. This position will work closely with the Founder and Asset Manager to drive projects from acquisition through asset optimization and exit.

What You’ll Do:
Financial Analysis & Acquisitions
- Develop detailed financial models, investor presentations, and pro forma analyses for new acquisitions.
- Manage deal pipelines, negotiate LOIs, and lead acquisition efforts across value-add and opportunistic assets.
- Oversee capital markets activities for syndications, joint ventures, and separate accounts.
- Conduct due diligence, coordinate third-party reports, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, lenders, and consultants to source future deals.
- Monitor market trends and identify new investment opportunities.
Asset Management
- Drive quarterly business plan updates, investor reporting, and accounting reconciliations.
- Develop and manage complex financial models, including budgets, loan draws, and operating projections.
- Collaborate with construction, leasing, and property management teams to assess capital investment opportunities.
- Perform market studies, hold/sell analyses, and capital restructuring assessments.
- Analyze financial statements, monitor asset performance, and recommend optimization strategies.

- Experience – Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or asset management. Retail, office, multifamily, or mixed-use experience preferred.
