Salesforce CRM Administrator
Concertina is seeking a skilled RevOps / CRM Administrator (Salesforce) for our client in the industrial manufacturing sector. This role will support the revenue operations function by managing and optimizing the company’s CRM ecosystem, primarily Salesforce. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in Salesforce administration, a keen eye for data hygiene, and the ability to collaborate across departments to align systems with business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer Salesforce CRM, including user accounts, roles, profiles, fields, page layouts, and workflows.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and standardization efforts.
- Implement system enhancements and changes based on RevOps leadership requests.
- Create and manage reports and dashboards to support business metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to capture and address data/process needs.
- Track CRM usage and user adoption, offering support and documentation as needed.
- Onboard new users and provide training on CRM best practices.
- Coordinate change management and release processes for CRM updates.
- Monitor third-party integrations and ensure smooth data flow between Salesforce and connected systems.
- Stay current on Salesforce capabilities and make proactive recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a B2B environment.
- Expertise in CRM data structures, reporting, dashboards, and data governance.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting change management and continuous process improvements.
- Familiarity with API integrations and data syncs is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
