Concertina is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Sales Support Administrator for our client in the IT consulting industry. This non-customer-facing role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured, process-driven work and enjoys supporting a fast-paced sales team from behind the scenes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contract renewals, partner onboarding, CRM updates, and internal coordination—ensuring sales operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with contract renewals, quote generation, and administrative follow-up.
  • Manage partner onboarding workflows, ensuring documentation is complete and accurately entered into systems.
  • Maintain accurate and current CRM records, activity logs, and partner data.
  • Coordinate internally between sales, operations, and vendor management to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with license tracking, renewal forecasting, and vendor portal management.
  • Develop and refine internal sales support processes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of administrative or sales operations support experience, preferably in a technology or MSP (Managed Services Provider) environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn vendor platforms and licensing tools.
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to excel in a remote work environment.
