Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Specialist with over 5 years of experience to implement compliance and risk management policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure regulatory adherence. This role involves advising on legal matters and resolving compliance issues to protect the company’s interests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Implement compliance and risk management policies to ensure the company's operations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and update risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.

Risk Assessments:

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk controls and recommend improvements as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze risk exposure and trends, providing timely reports to senior management.

Regulatory Adherence:

  • Ensure the company remains compliant with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company’s operations.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies and external auditors during compliance reviews and audits.

Legal Advisory and Compliance Resolution:

  • Advise management on legal matters related to compliance and risk management.
  • Resolve compliance issues by investigating incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance and risk management policies.

Qualifications:

Requirements:
