Our client in the construction and HVAC industry is seeking an experienced Offshore Recruiter to help support their rapidly growing workforce needs. As a proactive and detail-oriented recruiter, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting top-tier talent for a range of roles including field operations, project management, and administrative support. This is a remote role requiring strong recruiting expertise and the ability to operate efficiently across time zones.

Job Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and local talent platforms
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and draft compelling job briefs
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit
- Maintain and update applicant tracking sheets or ATS systems
- Coordinate interview schedules with U.S.-based team members
- Assist in preparing offer letters and managing onboarding documentation
- Monitor recruitment metrics and optimize strategies to improve hiring efficiency
- Build and maintain talent pools for high-volume and recurring roles (e.g., HVAC techs, dispatchers, installers)
- At least 6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction, skilled trades, or technical industries
- Excellent communication skills in English — both verbal and written
- Familiarity with U.S. hiring practices is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles independently
- Experience using ATS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Teams
- Comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced environmen
- Preferred: Experience recruiting for HVAC, construction, or mechanical trade roles; understanding of job types such as HVAC Installer, Sheet Metal Worker, Project Coordinator
