Project Manager (Team Integration Manager)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in digital marketing and LinkedIn lead generation to oversee client relationships and project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing project management role, be proficient in project management tools, and have the skills to lead teams effectively. This role will bridge clients and our LinkedIn Specialists (LIS), ensuring the seamless execution of LinkedIn lead generation strategies aligned with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with team members to define clear project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Manage project budgets and resources efficiently to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Identify potential risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, positive relationships and gathering project requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns proactively.
- Conduct project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and post-project evaluations.
- Act as a bridge between clients and LinkedIn Specialists, aligning team efforts with client objectives.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards, guiding the team to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
- Track and analyze project performance, preparing regular reports for clients on key metrics and outcomes.
- Evaluate project performance against predefined goals and implement corrective measures as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.).
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn lead generation and digital marketing practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with acute attention to detail.
- Proficient problem-solving capabilities, enabling critical decision-making under pressure.
- Ability to thrive in both collaborative team settings and independently.
