Pipeline Manager

We are hiring a Pipeline Manager to support our client’s growing sales operations. In this role, you’ll be the operational backbone of a field sales team, ensuring that leads are tracked, data is accurate, follow-ups happen on time, and bids are never missed. You’ll manage the CRM, build reports, monitor opportunities, and help drive higher conversion through smarter systems and tighter coordination.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, data-driven environment and loves optimizing processes behind the scenes to keep teams running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate CRM records—enter and update leads, activities, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor the sales pipeline: track conversions, flag delays, and set reminders.
  • Optimize HubSpot use—ensure data hygiene, full field usage, and automation of repetitive tasks.
  • Build regular reports and dashboards to track deal stages and performance.
  • Verify pricing, job scope, and client details in internal systems.
  • Cross-check plant operations data with accounting systems to ensure consistency.
  • Review and proof client invoices twice weekly before they’re sent.
  • Monitor public bidding platforms and engineering websites for relevant opportunities.
  • Input qualified leads or alert the team to time-sensitive bids.
  • Monitor sales team inboxes and phone logs to ensure same-day (ideally one-hour) response times.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and leadership to keep all systems aligned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in sales ops, CRM management, or pipeline coordination.
  • Strong command of HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills—written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to improve workflows, clean data, and deliver actionable reports.
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with invoice systems, job tickets, or cost-checking is a plus.
  • Background in construction or industrial materials is preferred but not required.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • You never let a follow-up or invoice slip through the cracks.
  • You’re obsessed with clean data and tight processes.
  • You free up salespeople to sell—by taking care of the backend.
  • You’re organized, responsive, and fast with follow-through.
  • You thrive in a service mindset and love making systems smarter.

Requirements:

  • Updated Resume/CV.
  • Reliable internet and personal computer setup.
  • UPS or battery backup to avoid disruption during outages.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses.
  • Long-term remote work with a stable client.
  • HMO coverage for employee and immediate family.
  • Clear path for growth in a high-performing international team.
