Performance Marketing Lead (PPC Expert)

Concertina is seeking a world-class Performance Marketing Lead to take charge of a $1M/month digital advertising budget. We are looking for a seasoned performance optimizer who is in the top 1% of the industry—someone with a razor-sharp eye for data, elite-level mastery in PPC platforms, and a strategic mindset that translates ad dollars into exponential ROI. Job Responsibilities:

• Strategically manage and optimize a $1M/month ad spend across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic channels.
• Develop and execute advanced performance marketing strategies that drive consistent ROI improvements.
• Lead A/B testing and multivariate experiments to enhance campaign performance.
• Implement and refine attribution models and customer journey mapping to improve funnel conversion.
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to craft high-performing ad assets and landing pages.
• Own campaign forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, delivering insights and actions to the executive team.
• Stay ahead of digital trends and algorithm updates to ensure competitive advantage.
• Mentor junior team members and build scalable marketing systems.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in high-growth environments.
• Proven success managing large budgets (ideally $500K+/month) with clear ROI gains.
• Deep technical expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and other relevant martech tools.
• Analytical thinker with expert-level spreadsheet and data modeling skills.
• Experience in scaling paid acquisition for B2C or B2B companies.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to present data-backed strategies to stakeholders.
