Performance Marketing Lead (PPC Expert)
Our client is seeking a hands-on, data-driven Performance Marketing Lead to own and accelerate their customer acquisition engine. This is a critical role designed for a Paid Search expert who thrives on experimentation, full-funnel thinking, and continuous optimization. Job Responsibilities:
- Own and operate Paid Search campaigns (Google, Bing), managing significant budgets with daily optimization toward ROAS and CPA goals.
- Lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel paid media efforts, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- Manage the relationship with a paid social agency, guiding execution and holding them accountable for outcomes.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
- Partner with Product and Design to develop compelling, conversion-focused go-to-market strategies.
- Leverage behavioral data to identify new acquisition tactics and expand upper- and mid-funnel growth.
- Collaborate on dashboarding and visualization efforts using tools like PostHog and PreSet.
- Explore and scale new demand generation opportunities including programmatic, video, CTV/OTT, and localized campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2–3 years owning both strategy and hands-on execution.
- Proven track record managing high-scale Paid Search campaigns in e-commerce or B2C SaaS.
- Deep understanding of growth metrics (ROAS, CPA, revenue) and how they impact business decisions.
- Skilled in analytics, data interpretation, and campaign optimization across multiple tools and platforms.
- Curious, data-first thinker who thrives in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product, and engineering.
Requirements:
- Updated Resume/CV.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Reliable internet connection and functioning computer.
- UPS/battery backup to maintain continuity during outages.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary plus performance-based bonuses.
- Remote work flexibility.
- Career growth in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
- HMO coverage for the employee and immediate family members.
