Partner Growth Manager
We are seeking a Partner Growth Manager to turn signed strategic partnerships into a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of partner marketing, demand generation, CRM automation, and campaign execution, with direct ownership of how alliance relationships are activated after signature.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on B2B growth marketer with at least 5+ years of experience in demand generation, partner or channel marketing, CRM automation, and lead nurture. You should be highly self-directed, comfortable managing multiple partner programs at once, and confident working directly with U.S.-based stakeholders while building campaigns, content, workflows, and reporting yourself.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build joint go-to-market activation plans for newly signed strategic partnerships.
- Define campaign audiences, messaging, channels, timelines, targets, and ownership across each alliance.
- Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for partner marketing and sales teams.
- Manage several partner programs in parallel and keep each initiative moving on schedule.
- Design and execute multi-channel B2B lead generation campaigns.
- Create co-branded email campaigns, landing pages, LinkedIn campaigns, paid social campaigns, webinars, and direct outreach initiatives.
- Build lead nurture sequences that move prospects from awareness to qualified sales conversations.
- Qualify inbound and campaign-generated leads before handing them to the sales team.
- Coordinate lead handoff with sales and maintain clear follow-through on every qualified opportunity.
- Set up and manage workflows, sequences, lists, segmentation, and campaign reporting in HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform.
- Create campaign assets including email copy, one-pagers, landing pages, social content, webinar materials, and short-form video scripts.
- Use AI tools for research, personalization, content creation, campaign support, and analysis.
- Track performance across reach, leads, qualified leads, meetings booked, and converted accounts.
- Prepare weekly reporting on partner performance and campaign progress.
- Use funnel data and campaign insights to adjust tactics and improve results.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to ensure marketing activity supports pipeline goals.
- Manage partner-hosted channels and coordinate campaign execution across both organizations.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, campaign documentation, and reporting standards.
- Support webinar planning, promotion, execution, and follow-up campaigns.
- Develop repeatable partner marketing processes, templates, and playbooks as the function grows.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on B2B lead generation, demand generation, partner marketing, or growth marketing experience.
- Proven experience building and executing campaigns directly rather than relying entirely on an external agency.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales development and how marketing-generated leads progress through a sales funnel.
- Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform, including workflows, sequences, segmentation, and reporting.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple partner programs and campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and spoken English with confidence working directly with U.S.-based stakeholders.
- Strong analytical ability and comfort using performance data to optimize campaign execution.
- Experience in partner or channel marketing and running co-marketing programs is strongly preferred.
- Experience marketing or selling to healthcare providers, medical practices, dental practices, optometry, or similar audiences is strongly preferred.
- Experience with webinar platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, paid social platforms, landing-page builders, Canva, or short-form video content is preferred.
Requirements:
- Updated Resume/CV.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer.
- UPS/battery backup to ensure continuity during power interruptions.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
- WFH set-up.
- Opportunities for career advancement.
- HMO coverage for employee and immediate family members.
