Operational Insights Specialist
Concertina is seeking an Operational Insights Specialist in the healthcare marketing industry. This full-time, remote role is perfect for someone with strong analytical instincts, organizational discipline, and a talent for turning data into action. As the key link between data, operations, and decision-making, you’ll support campaign execution, client meetings, and performance optimization with insights that matter.
You’ll work closely with digital teams, account managers, and leadership to deliver campaign reviews, uncover opportunities, and ensure everything runs on time and to spec.

Job Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Insights (40%)
- Aggregate performance data from Snowflake and third-party sources.
- Identify patterns, gaps, and failure modes across marketing campaigns.
- Build insightful dashboards using Databox, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
- Prepare pre-meeting insight briefs for sales and client strategy calls.
- Support forecasting and prediction activities.
- Operational Execution & Project Coordination (30%)
- Create and manage project tasks in Wrike.
- Translate meeting recordings into structured action items using AI tools.
- Assist in onboarding new clients with setup, blueprints, and initial reporting.
- Monitor operations to identify risks and ensure timelines are met.
- Maintain clean and updated CRM data in HubSpot.
- Client & Internal Team Enablement (20%)
- Draft one-page briefs and proactive updates for client meetings.
- Identify at-risk clients based on engagement data and meeting patterns.
- Support sales research with digital footprints, reviews, and benchmarks.
- Quality Assurance & Issue Prevention (10%)
- Detect broken experiences and funnel issues using analytics tools.
- Validate data sources for accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct weekly account health checks and flag concerns early.
Qualifications:
- Strong data analysis and insight generation skills.
- Experience with BI tools (Databox, Looker Studio, etc.).
- Familiarity with Snowflake or similar data warehouses preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and marketing funnel metrics.
- Experience with project management (Wrike preferred) and HubSpot CRM.
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
- Strong curiosity, pattern recognition, and proactive problem-solving.
- Ability to manage tasks across multiple accounts and projects.
- Updated Resume/CV.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
