Concertina is looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for AI and automation. This is not your typical marketing role—we’re searching for someone who loves diving under the hood of tools, integrating systems, automating workflows, and turning AI-driven ideas into operational reality.

If you get excited about connecting APIs, setting up Zapier flows, optimizing marketing tech stacks, and using AI to scale campaigns—you’ll fit right in.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Research, test, and implement AI tools that streamline sales and marketing processes (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, predictive analytics).
  • Integrate marketing platforms (CRMs, ad platforms, email tools) and automate workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, or custom scripts.
  • Build systems that improve lead generation, funnel automation, and audience targeting.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve tech integrations and campaign efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Solid experience in digital marketing operations, with strong technical know-how.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and how to practically apply them to marketing and sales workflows.
  • Comfortable working with APIs, automation platforms, and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
  • Curious, resourceful, and detail-oriented—you love solving problems and testing new ideas.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
