Job Summary: Our client is seeking a dedicated Logistics Specialist to oversee and manage the supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective processes. Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Utilize logistics software to optimize procedures and track shipments.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, and shipping details.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to logistics operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements related to logistics.
