Inbound Team Dispatcher

We are seeking an experienced Inbound Team Dispatcher to join a U.S.-based vehicle transport company. This is a remote, phone-forward control-tower role: you will own inbound loads from assignment through final delivery, keep every shipment accurately set up and tracked, and catch problems before the customer does.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of U.S. transport dispatch experience, ideally in vehicle or auto transport, and is comfortable running a live board on their own.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and assign inbound vehicle loads in the TMS with accurate pickup and delivery details, customer requirements, and carrier/driver information.
  • Post, source and confirm carriers on Central Dispatch, and verify carrier and driver contact details before each load moves.
  • Track shipments continuously through Turvo, Super Dispatch, Central Dispatch or direct contact with drivers and carriers.
  • Confirm driver location and ETA before every pickup and delivery.
  • Catch exceptions early (late pickups, missed check calls, ETA slips, detention risk) and escalate within 15 minutes with a recommended next step.
  • Support rate changes and route adjustments, keeping every change documented.
  • Maintain clear, professional phone, text and email communication with carriers, drivers and customers, and log every interaction in the TMS.
  • Support tow and roadside requests in Zendesk, keeping tickets and load records aligned and closing out every ticket you touch.
  • Send end-of-shift reports on pending issues and load updates, and hand over in-transit shipments cleanly to the next shift.
  • Monitor on-time pickup and delivery performance, report late pickups with supporting documentation, and follow dispatch procedures consistently.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of U.S. dispatch, freight coordination, load planning or transportation customer service experience (required).
  • Experience managing shipments end to end: pickup, in-transit exceptions, delivery and documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS).
  • Experience with Zendesk or a similar ticketing system.
  • Comfortable in a phone-heavy role, working independently with U.S. carriers, drivers and customers.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong documentation habits: clear notes that another dispatcher can act on.
  • Sound judgment on which delays to escalate and which to monitor.

Strongly Preferred:

  • Vehicle or auto-transport (car hauling) dispatch experience.
  • Central Dispatch and Super Dispatch experience.
  • Turvo experience.
  • Tow, roadside assistance or recovery coordination experience.

Requirements:

  • Updated Resume/CV.
  • Available to work 8:00am–5:00pm U.S. Central time (Philippine night shift).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and personal computer.
  • UPS/battery backup to ensure continuity during power interruptions.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary.
  • WFH set-up.
  • Career advancement opportunities.
  • HMO.
