Implementation Specialist

Concertina is seeking an Implementation Specialist in the healthcare technology industry. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who can translate complex healthcare requirements into scalable, enterprise-level applications. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to design, build, and deploy HIPAA-compliant solutions using a modern no-code and AI-powered platform, ensuring rapid and high-quality implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and understand application requirements and workflows.
• Configure, build, and deploy custom applications based on client needs.
• Lead the full “Design-to-Launch” lifecycle, including database architecture and system setup.
• Translate clinical and operational requirements into application logic, automations, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and guide clients through onboarding and setup processes.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients through meetings and progress updates.
• Work with internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Ensure timely delivery of applications within accelerated implementation timelines.
• Provide strategic input to stakeholders, including CIOs and operations leaders, to refine product vision.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack or web application development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with healthcare applications or healthcare-related systems is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong client-facing experience and professional presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
