HubSpot System Administrator
Job Summary: As a HubSpot System Administrator, you will play a critical role in integrating, managing, and optimizing HubSpot alongside platforms like Sage, Expensify, and other ERP systems. You will ensure seamless data flow, system efficiency, and address technical challenges through structured support processes. Your contributions will directly enhance operational excellence and enable the company to achieve its strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Integration and Optimization
- Lead the integration of HubSpot with platforms such as Sage and Expensify, ensuring seamless data exchange and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and implement scalable solutions that align with business objectives.
- Establish robust data flow protocols and maintain data integrity across integrated systems.
2. Ongoing Management and Technical Support
- Provide expert-level technical support for HubSpot and integrated platforms, ensuring smooth operations.
- Manage and resolve technical issues via a structured ticketing system, prioritizing tasks for prompt resolution.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex system challenges, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders as needed.
- Monitor the performance of HubSpot and integrated platforms, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring optimal functionality.
- Implement system updates, patches, and enhancements, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and security standards.
- Document system workflows, guidelines, and troubleshooting procedures to support consistent operations.
3. Collaboration and Training
- Partner with internal teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure systems effectively support business processes.
- Train end-users on system functionalities and troubleshooting techniques to enhance efficiency and autonomy.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on HubSpot and its integrations, advocating for technology-driven process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HubSpot technical support, system integration, or a similar role.
Technical Expertise
- Strong expertise in HubSpot integration, customization, and support.
- Experience integrating Sage, Expensify, or similar platforms with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in API integrations, data flow management, and troubleshooting complex system interactions.
- Knowledge of system performance monitoring tools and best practices.
