Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Manager with a background in the medical or healthcare sector to lead our talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, sourcing top talent, and managing the full-cycle recruitment process.   • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data and a streamlined recruitment process.
  • Build a robust talent pipeline to support ongoing and future medical staffing needs.
  • Stay informed about trends in healthcare recruitment, talent acquisition best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, credentials, and industry-specific hiring needs.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring medical or healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to assess technical skills and ensure candidates align with healthcare compliance standards.
