You will work directly with the CEO and HR Manager, managing daily executive tasks while supporting HR operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Assistant (50%)
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing agendas.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and executive communications.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, managing key communications.
- Coordinate executive projects, including follow-up on action items and critical deadlines.
- Support in drafting, reviewing, and managing key contracts and agreements.
HR Support (50%)
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Provide strategic HR support, including conflict resolution, performance management, and career development.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry best practices.
- Maintain employee records, manage HR documentation, and support employee retention initiatives.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of combined HR management and executive support experience (10+ years preferred).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in HRIS software, MS Office, and remote collaboration tools.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Schedule & Work Setup:
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
- Equipment: Stable internet connection and remote-capable computer setup required.
- Able to work in US hours
