Full Stack Developer

Concertina is looking for a motivated Software Developer I to support the maintenance, development, and enhancement of our existing systems and platforms. Under the general direction of senior developers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our software solutions. Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications in collaboration with senior developers.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with thorough documentation.
• Participate actively in code reviews and offer constructive feedback.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues across platforms.
• Generate and maintain technical and operational reports.
• Keep abreast of emerging industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of software development methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills across varying user levels—from executives to field staff.
• Effective collaborator with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) preferred.
• Exposure to web development frameworks such as .NET Core is a plus.
• Internship or academic project experience in software development is desirable.
