ERP Project Lead

Concertina is seeking a highly organized ERP Project Lead for our client’s ERP Modernization Program in the industrial sector. This role is critical in managing the operational cadence and technical coordination of a complex, multi-phase ERP implementation. The successful candidate will drive day-to-day project execution, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure precise tracking of deliverables, risks, and resources across functional, technical, and change workstreams.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily ERP project operations, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, task dependencies, and sprint schedules.
  • Track technical deliverables, testing milestones, and go-live readiness.
  • Coordinate project meetings (stand-ups, sprint reviews, syncs, Steering Committees).
  • Capture and distribute meeting outputs including decisions, action items, and risks.
  • Ensure project governance via dashboards, documentation standards, and version control.
  • Prepare executive summaries and metrics for internal and external reporting.
  • Support risk mitigation, budget tracking, and resource allocation across workstreams.
  • Monitor interdependencies between functional, technical, and change streams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or Engineering.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • 5–7+ years in project management, ideally in ERP or systems integration.
  • Strong understanding of ERP lifecycles across Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing.
  • Proficient with tools like Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or MS Project.
  • Experienced working with cross-functional and cross-time-zone teams.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
