Dispatch Specialist

 

Concertina is seeking for a Specialist, Dispatch in the Property Care / Field Service industry.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized and great at planning routes and schedules. In simple terms — you will make sure our field crews know where to go, when to go there, and have everything they need before they leave.

If you enjoy solving puzzles, organizing schedules, working with maps, and making operations run smoothly, this role is for you.

What You’ll Really Be Doing:

• Plan and organize daily and weekly schedules for multiple markets.

• Group jobs by area to reduce travel time and increase productivity.

• Make sure every job ticket has the correct address, clear instructions, and complete details before assigning it.

• Upload important information (gate codes, site maps, permits) so crews don’t waste trips.

• Adjust schedules quickly when there are call-outs, weather issues, or urgent jobs.

• Monitor GPS and gas usage to ensure routes are efficient and no resources are being misused.

• Keep teams accountable for following proper processes.

What We’re Really Looking For:

• At least 5 years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or fleet coordination.

• Experience in field service, construction, transportation, or similar industries.

• Someone who thinks logically and can visualize routes on a map.

• Comfortable managing a high volume of schedules across different locations and time zones.

• Tech-savvy and experienced with scheduling or field service software.

• Confident communicator who can enforce rules and keep teams aligned.

• Calm under pressure and able to adjust plans quickly.
