Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist in the manufacturing and B2B industry. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and measurable business results. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in marketing automation platforms, SEO/SEM, data analytics, and content strategy, with the ability to collaborate across teams and ensure alignment with brand objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns using automation platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, or Marketo.
  • Analyze customer journeys across multiple touchpoints and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
  • Measure and report campaign performance against KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Identify and implement innovative digital growth strategies based on trends and analytics.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, including digital footprint and market positioning.
  • Perform keyword research and manage SEO/SEM and paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, retargeting).
  • Integrate and manage data between Salesforce and marketing automation platforms to streamline processes.
  • Build and manage social media presence, including content planning and calendar management.
  • Maintain and enhance the company website using WordPress.
  • Develop digital training materials and support tools for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and optimize eCommerce content for third-party platforms.
  • Research and recommend new tools and technologies to improve digital marketing capabilities.
  • Create presentations, webinars, and marketing assets to support campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on branding, visuals, and overall marketing strategy.
  • Perform additional marketing-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, or similar).
  • Expertise in SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
  • Experience with WordPress, Salesforce/CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML, and tools like SEMrush.
  • Proven track record of executing successful digital campaigns.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
