Customer Service Representative
Job Summary: Play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and support to our valued customers. The primary responsibility will be to promptly resolve inquiries, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction across various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping details, and returns or exchanges.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, striving for first-call resolution whenever feasible.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals for customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding effective solutions.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software.
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:
- 5 years of proven customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in both inbound and outbound calls.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
