Customer Service Manager

Job Summary: Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting products or services, and generating sales. Their main objective is to increase revenue by meeting or exceeding sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Actively engage with potential customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and close sales. This involves making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, and utilizing various sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service, addressing concerns, and offering appropriate solutions. Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to customers. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to address customer questions or objections.
  • Order Processing and Documentation: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is completed. Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, finance, or customer support to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and sales outcomes. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management, highlighting areas for improvement or potential growth opportunities.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers, thereby maximizing sales revenue and enhancing customer value.
  • Sales Support and Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues from various departments, such as marketing, product development, or technical support, to provide comprehensive support to customers throughout the sales process. Share customer feedback and market insights to contribute to the overall business strategy.

Requirements:

  • At least 5-year of proven work experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is often desired.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prefer candidates with an associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques such as prospecting, qualifying leads, overcoming objections, and closing deals is beneficial.
