Concertina is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist for our client in the IT consulting industry. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of long-tail customer accounts, ensuring renewals, nurturing relationships, and identifying upsell opportunities. This is a client-facing position that blends customer success, inside sales, and renewal management—ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding technology solutions, and delivering value without aggressive cold selling.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely renewals and high customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively engage with clients to confirm service continuity and identify evolving needs.
  • Present relevant upsell or cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure accurate quoting and smooth execution.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records, including renewal dates and sales activity tracking.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for routine account support and technology recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales support, customer success, account management, or renewals, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, consultative approach; comfortable on phone and email.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Tech-curious and eager to learn about IT solutions, licensing, and vendor ecosystems.
