Construction Project Coordinator

Concertina is seeking a skilled and proactive Project Coordinator for our client in California. This remote role is ideal for someone with a strong background in construction project coordination and analysis. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excels at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication, tracking deliverables, and maintaining workflow efficiency from project mobilization through completion.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain construction timelines, workflow plans, look-ahead schedules, and mobilization/de-mobilization schedules.
  • Coordinate with Foremen, Supervisors, and Project Managers through regular virtual meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Manage internal and subcontractor communications and team schedules to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Maintain and update project tracking tools; compile data for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and billing.
  • Coordinate the delivery and tracking of project materials, consumables, and equipment.
  • Track and analyze project costs, schedules, and risks; ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project management, specifically within construction.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
  • Experience managing multiple deliverables from kickoff through completion.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in construction project coordination.
  • 3 years of experience with tools such as Sync, PlanSwift, Fieldwire, ProCore, or MS Project.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage resources, prioritize tasks, and achieve objectives efficiently.

  • Reliable internet connection and personal computer.
  • UPS/battery backup to ensure work continuity during power interruptions.
  • Availability for early shifts starting as early as 5:00 AM (California time) and occasional weekend work. ( from 8:00 PM Philippines time)
