Commercial Lending Account Executive

Concertina is seeking a Commercial Lending Account Executive for our client. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in business development and sales within real estate development or commercial real estate finance. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding a private lending fund’s capital markets platform, leveraging your network and entrepreneurial spirit to generate and qualify loan opportunities. The position offers a dynamic work environment with real impact and growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate originating partners through your established network.

  • Prospect real estate professionals (e.g., loan originators, real estate agents, developers, attorneys) via cold calls, emails, and social media.

  • Generate new sales opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

  • Pre-qualify leads and loan opportunities for the lending team.

  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track interactions and opportunities.

  • Maintain high ethical standards and deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in commercial real estate lending.

  • Demonstrated ability to independently develop and manage new business relationships.

  • Experience with outbound sales methods including cold calling and email campaigns.

  • Strong problem-solving and consultative sales skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.

  • Deep knowledge of real estate development and investment principles.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
