Job Summary: Concertina is seeking a strategic, data-driven Fractional CMO to lead marketing efforts for a select portfolio of high-growth clients. This leadership role demands a strong command of performance and lifecycle marketing, brand storytelling, and multi-channel execution. The ideal candidate is a global-minded marketing veteran with a proven track record in luxury, B2C, or digital sectors—adept at managing large budgets, scaling brands, and building high-performing teams. Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to each client’s business goals and market landscape.
  • Manage and scale multi-million-dollar ad budgets across digital and traditional channels for maximum ROI.
  • Lead client-dedicated marketing teams, aligning campaign execution with brand positioning and data insights.
  • Drive performance marketing, CRM/lifecycle marketing, and omni-channel brand strategies.
  • Define and oversee brand voice, customer journey, and messaging consistency across platforms.
  • Leverage analytics to optimize campaigns and accelerate customer acquisition and retention.
  • Support new product launches, market entry strategies, and other key business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with client-side executives, operations, and product teams to ensure marketing alignment.
  • Mentor internal marketing talent and establish a culture of innovation, accountability, and results.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of senior marketing experience, ideally in luxury, e-commerce, digital, or tech industries.
  • Proven track record managing $1M+ budgets and scaling brand presence globally.
  • Expertise in omni-channel campaigns, performance analytics, and CRM/lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience leading remote, global marketing teams across Asia, Europe, and North America.
  • Strong storytelling and brand-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA a plus).
