Chief Marketing Officer
Concertina is seeking a strategic and data-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with proven experience in scaling high-growth brands across global markets. This role is perfect for a marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, is fluent in performance and lifecycle marketing, and knows how to elevate brand authority through bold storytelling and precise execution. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in omni-channel campaigns, high-budget management, and leading global teams—especially in the luxury, B2C, or digital sectors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement high-impact marketing strategies that drive sustainable growth and global market penetration.
- Manage and optimize multi-million-dollar ad spend to maximize ROI across performance, CRM, and brand campaigns.
- Lead omni-channel marketing operations, integrating data-driven digital campaigns, customer lifecycle strategies, and brand storytelling.
- Direct global marketing teams and stakeholders to deliver aligned, effective, and scalable campaigns.
- Own the brand narrative—positioning, messaging, and customer experience—across all platforms.
- Use performance analytics to inform decision-making and accelerate growth.
- Champion customer acquisition and retention through data insights, segmentation, and CRM strategies.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, agility, and accountability.
- Oversee marketing for new product launches, market expansion, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and executive leadership to align business goals with marketing vision.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in luxury, e-commerce, tech, or digital services.
- Proven success in managing $1M+ budgets and delivering strong performance marketing and brand growth results.
- Deep knowledge of omni-channel strategy, CRM/lifecycle marketing, and analytics.
- Global marketing experience across Asia, Europe, and North America.
- Expertise in leading remote and cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Strong storytelling and brand positioning capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
