Concertina is seeking a strategic Change Management Lead for our client in the industrial manufacturing sector. This role will be instrumental in leading the people side of change across complex business initiatives, including process improvements, technology implementations, and organizational transformation. - Design and execute change management strategies aligned with business transformation goals.
- Develop comprehensive change roadmaps, stakeholder impact assessments, and risk-aligned plans.
- Build alignment with key stakeholders across departments.
- Craft and deliver targeted communications and lead workshops and feedback sessions.
- Coordinate training initiatives in collaboration with functional teams.
- Monitor readiness and adoption metrics to refine support strategies.
- Coach leaders and frontline managers through transitions.
- Identify and manage change resistance across critical business areas.
- Develop mitigation plans and escalate major change risks when needed.
- Evaluate change effectiveness using KPIs and feedback tools.
- Capture lessons learned and ensure long-term sustainability of change.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or organizational development.
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with leading change frameworks such as Prosci, Kotter, or ADKAR.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Proficient in project tracking tools, communication platforms, and performance metrics.
