Business Analyst

Concertina is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 8–10 years of experience to lead business process evaluation, drive strategic insights through data analysis, and bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder management, documentation, and the use of data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau. Technical expertise in the Zenoti POS platform is highly preferred, as is a readiness to take ownership of systems used across a growing franchise network.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect, document, and validate detailed business requirements from stakeholders

  • Evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables

  • Translate business needs into well-structured, actionable technical documentation and reports

  • Monitor business performance through KPIs and dashboards

  • Support the implementation of systems and solutions

  • Analyze data trends to inform strategic decisions

  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams

  • Drive requirements gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping exercises

  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining test cases and assisting in validation

Additional Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize daily operations of the Zenoti POS system, ensuring smooth system performance across all franchise locations

  • Analyze business performance data to support strategic decision-making as Hydralive expands its franchise network

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and operational insights within Zenoti

  • Serve as the point of contact for Zenoti system troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and user training

  • Assist in implementing system enhancements and ensuring new features align with operational needs

  • Provide support for franchise onboarding and technical training when necessary

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field

  • 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in high-performance, detail-oriented environments

  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable documentation

  • Experience with project documentation and stakeholder management

  • Familiarity with agile, waterfall, or hybrid SDLC methodologies

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in wellness, healthcare, or franchise-based industries is a plus

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with the Zenoti POS platform (or similar wellness/spa POS systems)

  • Strong background in data analytics, with experience building dashboards and operational reports

  • Ability to manage both the technical and operational aspects of franchise system support

  • Experience supporting a multi-location or franchise-based business

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or a related discipline

  • 8–10 years of experience in a Business Analyst role

  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel

  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities

  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and project documentation
