Business Analyst

Concertina is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 8–10 years of experience to lead business process evaluation, drive strategic insights through data analysis, and bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder management, documentation, and the use of data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau. Technical expertise in the POS platform Zenoti is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect, document, and validate detailed business requirements from stakeholders

  • Evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables

  • Translate business needs into well-structured, actionable technical documentation and reports

  • Monitor business performance through KPIs and dashboards

  • Support the implementation of systems and solutions

  • Analyze data trends to inform strategic decisions

  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams

  • Drive requirements gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping exercises

  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining test cases and assisting in validation

Additional Key Responsibilities:

  •  Manage and optimize daily operations of the Zenoti POS system, ensuring smooth system performance across all franchise locations.

  • Analyze business performance data to support strategic decision-making, particularly as Hydralive expands its franchise network.

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and operational insights within Zenoti.

  • Serve as the point of contact for Zenoti system troubleshooting, improvements, and user training.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  •  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or related field

  •  8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in high-performance, detail-oriented environments

  •  Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  •  Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable technical documentation

  •  Experience with project documentation and stakeholder management

  •  Familiarity with agile, waterfall, or hybrid SDLC methodologies

  •  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  •  Experience in wellness, healthcare, or franchise-based industries is a plus

  •  Meticulous attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications:

  •  Hands-on experience with the Zenoti POS platform (or similar wellness/spa POS systems).

  •  Strong background in data analytics, including proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools.

  •  Ability to manage both the technical and operational aspects of franchise system support.

  •  Previous experience supporting a growing franchise or multi-location wellness operation is a plus.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or related discipline.

  • 8–10 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and project documentation.
