Ai Enablement and Automation Specialist

Concertina is seeking an AI Enablement & Automation Specialist in the Wholesale Books & Distribution industry. This role is focused on improving day-to-day productivity by identifying, implementing, and scaling practical AI and automation solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical execution—leveraging tools like Microsoft Copilot and AI platforms to streamline workflows, reduce manual work, and drive AI adoption across teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement AI-driven solutions for key business use cases such as email automation, approval workflows, and quote summarization
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows and uncover automation opportunities
• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows that improve efficiency and scalability
• Develop and test prototypes using AI tools, APIs, and automation platforms
• Support the integration of AI solutions into daily operations in a practical and sustainable way
• Act as an AI evangelist—driving adoption through training, enablement, and internal advocacy
• Create training materials, guides, and best practices to improve AI literacy across teams
• Provide hands-on support to teams using tools like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders to ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and scalable
• Continuously explore emerging AI tools and recommend new opportunities for implementation

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
• Proven ability to identify and implement workflow automations in a business setting
• Familiarity with AI APIs, automation tools, and modern software workflows
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI tool application
• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem tools (Power Platform, Azure AI, etc.) is highly preferred
• Experience with Power BI is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
