Technical Support Specialist- Sage Platform
Job Summary: As a Sage Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in integrating,managing, and optimizing Sage systems alongside platforms like HubSpot and Expensify. You will ensure seamless data flow and system efficiency while addressing technical challenges through structured support processes. Key Responsibilities:
1. System Integration and Optimization

Lead the integration of Sage with platforms such as HubSpot and Expensify, ensuring seamless data exchange and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and implement scalable solutions that align with business objectives.

Establish robust data flow protocols and maintain data integrity across integrated systems.
2. Ongoing Management and Technical Support

Provide expert-level technical support for Sage and integrated platforms, ensuring smooth operations.

Manage and resolve technical issues via a structured ticketing system, prioritizing tasks for prompt resolution.

Act as the primary escalation point for complex system challenges, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders as needed.

System Performance Monitoring and Enhancement

4. Collaboration and Training

Qualifications:
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sage technical support, system integration, or a similar role.
Technical Expertise

Strong expertise in Sage integration, customization, and support.

Experience integrating HubSpot, Expensify, or similar platforms with ERP systems.
